What TEMPLE You Say? (Third Temple)

If you prefer to listen to this unveiling concerning What Temple You Say? then click on the YouTube link here. If you had prefer to read then you can do so, beginning directly under the YouTube link.

Over the last sixty years there has been and is much said and prophesied about a natural temple that supposedly will be built in the natural city of Jerusalem. And we know, “Where there is no vision the people perish” (Proverbs 29:18).  Therefore, the children of God need to have a clear vision as to what is God’s plan for the church in these last days. And we find God’s plan for the church written in Ephesians 5:27 is where the Apostle Paul said, “That he (God, in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ) might present it (the church) to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.”

Now that we discover what God’s plan is for the church in these last days we ask the Lord,  “How are you going to accomplish this?” And his answer to us is simply that by our “speaking the TRUTH IN LOVE, (that we) may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ (Ephesians 4:15).  “That he (the Lord Jesus) might sanctify and cleanse it (the Church) with the washing of water by the word” (Ephesians 5:26).  However, in order for that to be accomplished, we have to dispel the myriad of fables that have been planted in the Church by the enemy.  Therefore, as that is the case, lets see what the “Word of God, which lives and abides forever,” (ref: 1Peter 1:23) has to say, with respect to a Temple being built in this “the last days.”

The Apostle Peter spoke on this wise with respect to where God dwells, “Howbeit the Most High dwells not in temples made with hands; as says the prophet, Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool:  what house will you build me? says the Lord:  or what is the place of my rest?” (Acts 7:48-49)

First, we SEE before the crucifixion…

In John 2:19-21 we read, “Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this Temple, and in three days I will raise it up.  Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and will you rear it up in three days? But he spoke of the temple of his body.”

Then we SEE after the resurrection…it is written in –

1Corinthians 3:16-17 – “Know you not that you ARE the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?  If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple you ARE.”

1Corinthians 6:19 – “What?  know you not that your body IS the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have of God, and you are not your own?”

2Corinthians 6:16 – “And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? for you ARE the temple of the living God; as God has said, I will dwell IN them, and walk IN them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.”

Ephesians 2:19-22 – “Now therefore you are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the Chief Corner Stone; in whom ALL the building fitly framed together grows unto an holy temple in the Lord:  in whom you also ARE built together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.”

1Peter 2:5 – “You also, as lively stones, ARE built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.”

1Peter 2:9-10 – “But you ARE a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:  which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God:  which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.”

We hear much ado about the rebuilding of the natural temple in natural Jerusalem, but ask yourself a few questions  – –

1)  Number one, we ask, “Who was responsible for the blotting out of the handwriting of the ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us?”  And,  we find the answer to that question in Colossians 2 in that the Lord Jesus took them all out of the way nailing them to his cross.  So, when folks talk about re-instituting the sacrifices and such we need to understand they were, “…a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ…”  (Colossians 2:17).

2)  The second question would then be, “What place in a rebuilt temple would be classified as holy by the Lord Jesus?”  For when the Lord Jesus gave up his Spirit on Calvary the Bible informs us that, “Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the Spirit.  And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in two from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent”  (Matthews 27:50-51).  Therefore, can you imagine anyplace in a rebuilt natural temple that he would call “holy?”

3)  And the third question we should ask ourselves is, “Would the Lord God Almighty have a hand in, or institute the rebuilding of, a natural temple which he had had completely and totally destroyed?”  We all readily understand that it was God who had the temple destroyed by the hands of the Romans in A.D. 70 so. . .

We read in the words of the Apostle Paul with respect to the re-instituting of circumcision, just one SMALL tittle of the law, “For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor”  (Galatians 2:18).  Pursuing this line of reasoning, as laid out by Paul by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, if the Lord had a hand in the rebuilding of any natural temple he would make of himself a transgressor.  And,we just do not see that happening, do you?

There are many more questions that we could ask, but our hope is that you will look to the Lord to discover both the questions and the answers.

But, by the volume of Scripture which we have seen, the saint’s ARE the third Temple that the Lord is building in these last days and, that being the case, shouldn’t this be THE THIRD TEMPLE WE ARE focusing our attention on?

Our exhortation to ourselves and to you is:

THINK, CHILDREN OF GOD, THINK!!!

THIS IS THE VOICE OF ONE CRYING IN THE WILDERNESS, PREPARE YOU THE WAY OF THE LORD, MAKE STRAIGHT HIS PATHS. Amen.

It takes unusual courage to speak the truth today, especially to the church because so many today have never sought the truth and are quick to accept what is ‘fed’ them by leaders who are not led by the Holy Spirit but repeat the same mantra spoken by others, using the same “proofs” without ever seeking the Lord to learn from Him.

The Holy Spirit has revealed this truth long ago in my own life and when I started to hear teachers and preachers speak of the building of a 3rd temple in order to prove their false teachings of the pre-tribulation rapture, without scriptural proof but just the imagination of man, this was truly disturbing as I witnessed many in the church ‘eating this up’. No one wanted to hear the truth. NO ONE!

Thank you brother for sharing this valuable truth and I pray many will reconsider their beliefs and believe God’s word instead of doctrines that cannot be proven.

Brother Jerry, I appreciate your comment. The Temple is just the tip of the iceberg, if THERE IS NO rebuilt temple in Jerusalem then ALL the rest of the end time scenario’s that are being taught is nothing but fables also. As I said, as the Lord reveals (the rock) the truth to you you will be as the Apostle John was when he saw the WOMAN sitting upon the scarlet colored beast as he was, “amazed with great amazement” (Rev 17:6). A copy of the books are on the way, you should have them on Wednesday per the Post Office. Your Brother, Steve

Actually, I am already aware of this and have been teaching against this false message for many years now. Not many are hearing but there are those who are. No part of the pre-trib, mid-trib or post-trib teachings are correct. Since the premise for all 3 is based on a 7 year period of tribulation, made popular by the “Left Behind” series of movies and books, they cannot be truth. Nowhere in scripture can a 7 year period of tribulation be proven. That person who takes away the sacrifice and oblations is not the beast or false prophet as many teach today but our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who took them away by the sacrifice of the ONLY perfect Lamb of God’s blood, thus fulfilling the foreshadowing of the truth we see in the Old Testament.

The prophetic language revealed in the OT prophecies, visions and dreams when mentioning days and weeks are defined as one day equaling one year. So, the 70 weeks prophecy is actually translated to 490 years but the false prophets of today are saying these weeks were not contiguous but broken up with the last week to occur sometime in the future. There is nor have their every been ANY precedence for this in scripture. It is a product of seducing spirits and the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting and doctrines of Devils. I could mention more but that is a discussion best reserved under a different topic.
